TriNanowave Corp. has an immediate opening for a manager of financial planning and analysis. This individual will be assisting with the company's forecast and annual budgeting processes while managing its day-to-day operations. In addition, in this role the individual will provide financial strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, industry/peer group comparisons, financial modeling of new business opportunities, and other projects requested by management.
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in capital spending and new projects.
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
Support senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis and reporting.
Prepare presentations for the senior management team.
Perform competitive analysis as needed for strategic planning.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial and operating reports including but not limited to monthly operating statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and budget data.
Make recommendations regarding efficiency, cost savings, and productivity through working knowledge of system operations across all departments.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years experience with a publicly traded company
Strong leadership skills
Highest standards of accuracy and precision
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and articulate with excellent spoken and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
Solid knowledge of general accounting
Ability to work independently, with limited direction
TriNanowave Corp. has an opening for a responsible, independent, and motivated facilities coordinator. Hours for this position are Tuesday-Saturday 12:00PM-9:00PM.
Handle building maintenance for a 24/7 call center
Liaise with property management
Control building access through the security system, and creation of employee badges
Assist on-site IT personnel with intra-company moves
Direct building janitorial, vending, grounds-keeping, and coffee service vendors.
Act as backup receptionist
Coordinate building HVAC
Coordinate any building expansion or construction
Assist employees with help requests via a help desk ticket system
Perform minor repairs on fax, copier, and printers
Coordinate safety procedures
Schedule and coordinate on-site vendors and building repairs
Assist with on-site corporate events
Other duties as assigned
3 years facilities experience
Ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
