Nanoaxis is the open research group of TriNano Corporation. Nanoaxis Research Group has been building trust between academics, civil society. Along with our internationally recognised consultants, we combine detailed knowledge of global issues with an understanding of political decision-making, and many years expertise in facilitating constructive dialogue.

What makes us different

A core team of senior consultants lead our work, united by a common philosophy. We carry out and commission research into realistic non-military alternatives to current security orthodoxy. We publish and disseminate our findings through reports, seminars, consultations and private dialogues. Our practice is to make accurate information available so that open public debate can take place. We also seek to foster dialogue between policy-makers and their critics, to help build bridges of understanding as a means of developing new ideas and making possible significant policy shifts. We work in partnership with many other individuals and groups, and the media, to magnify our influence with key constituencies.

Ethics

Nanoaxis Research Group is committed to an ethical approach in all our projects, programmes of work and operating procedures. We are working towards ensuring we do not make use of external suppliers or services which invest in, or have any links to, unethical industries, and preference is given, where possible, to fairtrade and other ethically sound products. As individuals, we strive to reflect the ethical values of the Group in the manner in which we work. We apply the principles of trust and dialogue in all our dealings, both amongst ourselves and with others with whom we work. Our internal decision-making processes are undertaken in an open and consultative manner, close attention is paid to maintaining a sensible work/life balance for our staff and we ensure that fair remuneration is offered to employees. Nanoaxis guards its independence and believes in the principle of â€œspeaking truth to powerâ€. We therefore avoid sources of funding that may jeopardise the independence or integrity of the organisation.

Support us

Much of our work is funded by charitable grants which are often tied to specific medium-term projects. We need your support to allow us the flexibility to take new initiatives in response to the changing international situation, in order to resolve humankinds problems. It really does make a difference to the lives of people.
There are four ways in which you can support our work financially:

Make a one-off donation: Make a one-off donation by sending a cheque payable to C.E.O Nanoaxis (see the name in about) and completing the Gift Aid Declaration on the standing order form. You can also donate online by debit or credit card through Pay Pal or the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
Become an Supporter: Become a supporter by donating at least Â£5 a month using the standing order form, for which you will receive regular updates on our work, invitations to any public seminars and a 20% discount on all publications ordered through our online shop.
Become an Sustainer: Become a sustainer, by pledging Â£1,000 or more per year for at least three years. Sustainers will receive invitations to exclusive, twice-yearly briefings by high-level government and independent experts, as well as free copies of all our publications. Remember us in your will: Legacy gifts are a vital source of unrestricted funding for us and can help reduce any inheritance tax bill on your death.
